We are pleased to announce today that CWT-ASI has become 100% owned by the Reload Group. Reload is a totally independent entity from CWT Group and/or HNA. The transaction is closed and the company is going to operate again under the name of Aquarius Shipping within a short period of time. Reload is privately owned group, asset based, and has become a key logistics provider in Southern Africa over the last 10 years. Reload is following high standards of compliance and is vetted by numerous financial institutions and cargo owners in the metals and minerals industry.
