
Code of Conduct
Suppliers and Third-Party Contractors
The Reload Logistics Group (“Reload”) strictly abides by its values to ensure ethical conduct and commitment to honesty, integrity and an open and diverse corporate culture.
As a leading global freight forwarding and logistics solutions specialist ethical conduct is imperative, and this Code of Conduct is the cornerstone of Reload’s ethics framework (“the Code”). The Code stands for a commitment to comply with all applicable legal requirements and sets out the principles and standards of behaviour expected from all employees, officers and its suppliers, third-party contractors and any person associated with Reload to ensure the highest standards of ethics and integrity.
As key role players and stakeholders, suppliers and third-party contractors must abide by the minimum requirements of ethical conduct, and agree to commit to:
Respect for Basic Human Rights
- treat its employees and stakeholders with dignity and respect.
- promote equal opportunities for its employees irrespective of race, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, political conviction, or religious beliefs.
- maintain a work environment without discrimination, unacceptable hazardous work, physical punishment, harassment, abuse, or involuntary servitude of any employee.
- respect the advancement of human rights in all areas of operation.
- allow the freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
- zero tolerance on the use of child or force labour, slavery or human trafficking.
- comprehensive oversight over any subcontractors that the supplier or third-party contractor may engage with in
providing services.
Health and Safety
- provide a safe environment of their employees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- take responsibility for the health and safety of all its employees.
- take precautionary measures to manage and mitigate accidents and occupational hazards.
- training of employees to ensure education is provided on health and safety.
- ensure there is a health and safety management system in place to maintain organisational compliance.
Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption
- zero tolerance for any corruption and bribery.
- avoid all practices which may grant, offer or promise anything of value to a government official or a counterparty in the private sector to influence official action or obtain an improper advantage.
Gifts and Conflict of Interest
- not providing any Reload officer or employee with any case or cash equivalent gift.
- ensure any gifts given to any Reload office or employee are reasonable and provided in an open and transparent manner.
- refrain from providing any gift or benefit which may result in any expectation or undue influence on a Reload office or employee.
- comply with any requirements contained in Reload policies and procedures and any agreed terms and conditions related to gifts where applicable.
Respect for the Environment
- comply with all applicable statutory and international standards for the preservation and protection of the environment.
- ensure programs are developed to maintain acceptable sustainability standards within their industry including reduction of greenhouse gas emission, water use management, efficient energy consumption and waste reduction.
Fair Competition
- refrain from any conduct deemed anti-competitive, anti-trust, price fixing, market or customer allocation, market sharing, or bid rigging with competitors.
Confidentiality
- information and trade secrets of Reload and its customers is kept confidential and to the extent permissible by applicable law not disclosed to any other party without Reload’s express authorisation and consent.
Compliance with Law
- ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and codes within all jurisdiction within which the suppliers and third-party contractors operate.
Whistleblowers
- ensure that complaints and allegations concerning any violation of applicable laws and regulation, financial malpractice, danger to public health and safety or any gross mismanagement on the part of Reload, service providers, suppliers and third-party contractors are reported to trustline@reloadlogistics.com.
- comply with all requirements communicated by Reload and as contained in its policies, procedures and agreed terms
and conditions relating to Whistle Blowers. - comply with applicable laws and legislation, as amended from time to time, and protect any such individuals from consequential operational harm or retaliatory conduct from the implicated parties involved in such complaints or allegations.
Implementation
- take reasonable measures to implement and enforce this Code in its dealings with its own suppliers and subcontractors.
Revisions to the Code. Reload reserves the right to, and may from time to time, update this Code of Conduct as the precepts
contained herein are evolving principles. Any such revisions will be published as an amended version and in such circumstances, suppliers and third-party contractors agree to accept such reasonable revisions. Reload reserves the right to conduct audits to ensure that compliance with the Code is being upheld.

Declaration by the Supplier. By engaging in services for Reload, the supplier / third party contractor confirmed that it has received a copy of this Code of Conduct and hereby commits itself, in addition to any other terms and conditions agreed, to comply with the above principles and standards.
